The conference committee has been hard at work curating a conference that has something for everyone. In addition to providing Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) updates, our sessions will offer important information for health care educators and nurse aide educators.
Sessions include:

This session will delve into the significance of empathy in patient care and provide strategies for cultivating this crucial quality in nurse aide students. Participants will learn to recognize barriers to empathy and develop techniques to maintain compassion in challenging health care environments. - Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced Nurse Aide Instruction
This session will introduce nurse aide instructors to the world of artificial intelligence and its potential to revolutionize teaching and learning.
