Registration Fees and Deadlines
Registration will open July 14.
Individual Registration (Thursday and Friday)
- $400 — Earlybird Registration (July 14–August 30)
- $450 — Regular Registration (September 1–October 21)
- $480 — Late Registration (October 22–26 online, November 12 on-site)
Team Registration (3 or more from the same organization for Thursday and Friday)
- $375 — Team Registration (July 14–October 21)
- $405 — Late Team Registration (October 22–26 online, November 12 on-site)
Thursday-Only Registration
- $350 — Thursday-Only Registration (July 14–October 21)
- $380 — Late Thursday-Only Registration (October 22–26 online, November 12 on-site)
The conference registration fee includes:
- All instruction
- Refreshment breaks
- Lunch
- on Thursday and Friday for Regular and Team Registration
- on Thursday for Thursday-Only Registration
- Thursday night networking reception with food and beverages
Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging. Breakfast is included with your room reservation at the Wyndham Garden State College.
Late registrations do not receive the conference gift.
Refunds
A $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations. Cancellation requests must be received by November 1 via email to strategiesconference@psu.edu to receive a partial refund.
Substitutions
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed.
