2023 Exhibitors
We are inviting exhibitors from a wide variety of interest areas.
Conference attendees will have time before and after sessions, and during registration, refreshment breaks, and lunches, to browse the exhibits.
Exhibits are planned for a high-traffic area, near the session rooms, during both days of the conference. We invite you to participate as an exhibitor. If you wish to take part, please review this information.
Full Conference Exhibitors
Full conference exhibitor fee: $200 (One exhibitor per table)
The fee for each additional exhibitor at the same table is $75.
The exhibit fee includes:
- complimentary registration for one exhibitor per table
- name badge
- conference materials
- three refreshment breaks and two lunches (Thursday and Friday)
- a 6′ x 2′ topped and skirted table
- two chairs
- vendor sign
Exhibitors will be responsible for providing all other materials and equipment. Large pieces of equipment that do not fit in the table space should not be displayed.
Thursday Evening Exhibitors
Thursday evening exhibitor fee: $50
We invite you to join us to exhibit for our evening reception on Thursday, November 2, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The Thursday evening fee includes:
- one 6′ x 2′ topped and skirted table exhibitor table with two chairs, available from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2
- name badge

Please note that, in addition to registering, all exhibitors must submit the Exhibitor Agreement Form (PDF) to Conferences & Institutes.
