Information for Exhibitors
Exhibits are planned for a high-traffic area, near the session rooms, during both days of the conference. Conference attendees will have time before and after sessions, and during registration, refreshment breaks, and lunches, to browse the exhibits.
Full conference exhibitor fee: $200
The exhibitor fee includes:
- complimentary registration for two exhibitors
- name badge
- conference materials
- a 6′ x 2′ topped and skirted table
- two chairs
- vendor sign
- three refreshment breaks and two lunches (Thursday and Friday)
Exhibitors will be responsible for providing all other materials and equipment. Large pieces of equipment that do not fit in the table space should not be displayed.
Option 1: Table-Only Exhibitor
The exhibit does not and will not have any special set-up requirements or materials set up on the floor. All materials fit on the provided table.
If using any equipment, exhibit will only include:
- cell phones
- table-top signage only
- no more than two handheld devices or tablets
- no more than two laptops
- no demonstrations, activities or anything else other than oral or written information
- commercial pre-packaged candy
Option 2: Traditional Exhibitor (Insurance Required)
This exhibit will include materials that do not fit directly on the tabletop and/or will include demonstrations/activities.
Equipment includes, but is not limited to:
- exhibitor supplied pipe and drape
- floor-standing displays that are portable/ “pop up”
- demonstrations or interactive activities
- food (excluding commercial prepackaged candy) or drink for public consumption
- drones
- health screenings
- animals
- other activities or features beyond mere sharing of information
Traditional exhibitors must carry and maintain the following insurance during the conference:

- Commercial General Liability
- Automobile Liability (unless driving a personal vehicle)
- Workers’ Compensation
- Employers’ Liability (If the exhibitor is a sole proprietorship or a partnership, a waiver may be available)

- Complete the Exhibitor AgreementThe exhibitor agreement will be emailed to you after registration. You must complete the agreement via AdobeSign and submit your Certificate of Insurance (if applicable).
- Pay Exhibitor FeeOnce you have completed the registration form and exhibitor agreement, you will receive an email to pay the exhibitor fee.
