2025 Exhibitors
We are inviting exhibitors from a wide variety of interest areas.
Conference attendees will have time before and after sessions, and during registration, refreshment breaks, and lunches, to browse the exhibits.
Exhibits are planned for a high-traffic area, near the session rooms, during both days of the conference. We invite you to participate as an exhibitor. If you wish to take part, please review this information.
Exhibitor Packages
Full Conference Exhibitor
Full conference exhibitor fee: $200
The exhibitor fee includes:
- complimentary registration for two exhibitors
- name badge
- conference materials
- three refreshment breaks and two lunches (Thursday and Friday)
- a 6′ x 2′ topped and skirted table
- two chairs
- vendor sign
Exhibitors will be responsible for providing all other materials and equipment. Large pieces of equipment that do not fit in the table space should not be displayed.
Exhibitor Registration Steps (details coming summer 2025)
- Review our Exhibitor Types
- Fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form
- Once completed, you will receive an email request to complete the exhibitor agreement via AdobeSign and submit your Certificate of Insurance (if applicable).
- Once you have completed the registration form and exhibitor agreement, you will receive an email to pay the exhibitor fee.
